<p>ahaa..panas berkuah adalah jenis makanan yang paling disukai swami. Dimakan di hari yang dingin sambil liat ujan rintik2 enaaaak deh <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  oiya, maap yak kl ini sih pake bumbu instan, yang gampang dan cepat aja. Kalo lagi mood ngulek2 bikin bumbu sendiri monggo, silahkan! Pasti banyak resep lengkap kl tanya mr.Google. Kl versi gw mah yang gampang cepat saja hehehe *pemalas yg tetep pgn makan enak*</p>
<p>Bahan:</p>
<p>- Daging sapi 500 gr, rebus dengan bawang putih dan bawang merah utuh (kaga usah dikupas gpp..) Potong dadu<br />
- Telur rebus<br />
- Tauge pendek<br />
- Bawang daun<br />
- Cabe merah</p>
<p>Cara:<br />
- Tumis bumbu instan rawon dengan 2 sdm minyak goreng (bole masukin bawang putih dan merah yang dipake ngrebus daging..pasti dah empyuuk, tinggal keluarin dr cangkangnya)<br />
- Masukin air kaldu rebusan daging<br />
- Masukin tauge, bawang daun, cabe merah<br />
- Rebus hingga mendidih..icip2 dan adjust seasoning<br />
- Tata di mangkuk, daging, tauge segar dan telur<br />
- Siram kuah ke mangkuk</p>
<p>sambel rawit:<br />
ulek cabe rawit, garam, bw.putih 1 siung kecil dan air jeruk nipis</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Eh bener ga yah nulisnya? Ini dibikin pake lentil, sejenis kacang2an? entah.. warnanya orange terang dan berbentuk setengah bola. Resepnya Indian influenced, pake turmeric and cumin. Katanya lentils itu luar biasa sehat loh! Masaknya pun pake olive oil, sedikit garam, tanpa MSG dan tanpa santan. Enak? banget! <p>warnanya orange terang dan berbentuk setengah bola. Resepnya Indian influenced, pake turmeric and cumin. Katanya lentils itu luar biasa sehat loh! Masaknya pun pake olive oil, sedikit garam, tanpa MSG dan tanpa santan. Enak? banget! Resep aslinya hanya lentil, tapi gw tambah wortel ma kentang biar ada variasi tekstur.</p>
<p>Hari pertama gw makan pake roti canai, besoknya disiram diatas nasi panas. Trus, gw bawa ke kantor buat dicicipin sm yang ngasi lentil-nya (Lucy, my dear friend who is returning to England this July..hiks). Dia juga bilang enak, dan berhasil makan satu box plastik yang gw bawain <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  teman lain, Pak Edy, bilang penampakannya bikin ga selera (masakan india kan emng gitu yah? sludgy) tp setelah nyelupin roti canai ke lentilnya..hohoho&#8230;enak ktnya! ah senangnya kl ada yang bantuin makan masakan yang gw buat! apalagi kl suka, worth all the effort! </p>

<p>Anyway, ayam versi itu sih digoreng tepung dan disiram saus lemon-honey kynya (maklum makannya jaman umur gw 6 tahun..but yes, i can still remember it tasted gooood). kl yang ini kynya lebih mirip chicken kung bao..entah knapa? mngkn krn pake five spice alias ngo hiong kali yah? gw lupa lagi kl bumbu kung bao isinya apa. Yang jelas, this dish tastes oriental and very yummy! ada daun bawang, kacang mede sangrai, cabe kering potongan ayam yang juicy and gemuk (gemuk ikutan yang masak hehehe..)</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Capcay, favorit suamiku..! masukin sayur apa aja yang ada, yang paling susah matangnya masuk duluan.</p>
<p>Bahan:</p>
<p>- 2 siung bawang puting, crushed and choped<br />
- 1-2 telur<br />
- ayam dada fillet potong dadu (atau udang,   baso sapi)<br />
- wortel<br />
- brokoli<br />
- bunga kol<br />
- kapri<br />
- jagung semi/biji sweet corn<br />
- sayur lain yang ada (caisim, paprika dll)<br />
- 1 sdt tepung maizena dilarutkan dengan 2 sdm air<br />
- air putih sekitar 50ml<br />
- minyak wijen</p>
<p>Cara:<br />
A. telur dikocok lepas kasi garam dikit trus digoreng orak arik. sisihkan</p>
<p>B.<br />
- panaskan minyak goreng 2 sdm dan tumis bawang putih hingga harum<br />
- masukkan potongan ayam/udang/baso, tumis hingga berubah kecoklatan<br />
- masukkan sayur-sayuran<br />
- bumbui dengan garam, gula, merica (dan chicken powder kalo mau)<br />
- kasi air dan tutup wajan biar matangnya cepet<br />
- masukkan telur orak arik, cicipin dan adjust seasoning<br />
- masukkan larutan maizena, masak sampai air mengental<br />
- sesaat sebelum api dimatikan, perciki minyak wijen, aduk lalu sajikaaan!</p>

<p>enak sih..tp jujur yah ini mah, masakan indonesia and chinnese itu lebih susah loh ngerjainnya drpada masakan western..</p>

<p>this is dead easy, bumbunya olive oil, salt and pepper, marjoram, garlic powder saja. taburi dengan onions, cherry tomatoes lalu bakar! jgn lupa kentangnya direbus setengah matang dl.</p>
